Personalized Coaching Setup

• Following the purchase of an Aktiv Health Personalized Coaching Plan and the info form you will receive a confirmation email with a pdf attached (not the plan)

• Phase 1 of the custom plan takes between 3-5 business days to be finalized and sent out (via email)

• There is a three month commitment minimum, after which the monthly subscription will remain month to month (ability to cancel at anytime)

• Weekly check-ins are valuable for accountability and discipline to the process of continued progress in good habit building with food and fitness (included in plan)

• You will have access to continually updated nutrition and fitness (think; grocery lists, recipe discussions, workout tips and tricks, weight selection and progressions).
