60 Day Challenge Set Up

Following the completion of an Aktiv Health 60 Day Challenge Fee and the info form, you will receive a confirmation email with a pdf attached (not the plan)

The Challenge’s Phase One pdf will arrive in 2-3 business days (via email)

Weekly phone calls will commence on the start day, selected by the participant

Each participant will be required to complete weekly objectives for the next 60 days
