Coaching Check-Ins

• For use by clients who have previously purchased an A|H Personalized Diet Plan (Prior to 5/15/22) and would like to continue check-ins past the free 30 Day start up period

• These check-ins are valuable for accountability and discipline to the process of continued progress in good habit building with food

• You will have access to continually updated nutrition (think; grocery lists, recipe discussions, workout tips and tricks) and customized work out programming after 2 months of nutrition work
